A diagram illustrating the design process with three main phases: Frame, Iterate, and Fabricate. The Frame phase involves generating principles and initial concepts, the Iterate phase focuses on refining ideas through testing and feedback, and the Fabricate phase involves transforming designs into tangible experiences for the public.

While we work in many different spaces, our process is driven by 2 primary approaches:

How We Work

We work across phases, from establishing the vision to introducing the vision to the world:

A project timeline with steps from establishing the vision, developing it, detailing, building, introducing, and soft opening, training, and launch, each with descriptions and numbered milestones.

About Us

Untitled Experiences is a creative consultancy developing experiences with clients by bringing together interdisciplinary teams that weave together physical and digital touchpoints. We work across disciplines blending strategic vision, creative development, technical direction, architecture, estimating, and business modeling to support our partners end-to-end as they create lasting experiences for their guests. Each moment is designed holistically as a system of people, processes, tools, and space to develop actionable frameworks that align vision with execution.

  • If you're exploring what experiential could do for your business, it all starts with asking the right questions. Our charettes are designed for bold, blue-sky thinking and our team has the expertise to help you shape the prompt, spark ideas, and tackle your unique challenges to establish the creative direction for the project.

  • In the blue sky phase, we help you explore the full creative potential of your experience. Our team excels at rapid ideation combined with technical integration to generate bold ideas that are also feasible, supported by 3D models, sketches, element lists, storyboards, key art, and conceptual frameworks that establish a clear direction for your project.

  • During the concept design phase, we refine the creative vision into a singular tangible experiential concept. We develop scripts, floor plans, elevations, and interactive touchpoints to bring ideas to life and create preliminary documentation to establish a cohesive direction.

  • In the schematic design phase, we translate concepts into detailed plans for production and execution. Our team documents design intent in scenic packages for bid that are coordinated, produces visualizations, and integrates technical deliverables to ensure that the experience is buildable, biddable, and still puts the guest experience first.
